Heartworks 2018 Yard Sale
Heartworks Twelfth Annual Yard Sale! April 27th & 28th, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. NO EARLY BIRDS Heartworks annual yard sale receives donations come from more then 200 families involved with Heartworks and include household goods, furniture, toys, sporting goods, books and so, so much more. Funds raised through our yard sale will go towards bringing kindness, in the form of financial support, prayers, gifts, meals and fun activities, to hundreds of families living through crises.

Morning Meditation Group
Come to the Heartworks House for morning meditation! Sit with Megan for a 15 minute guided meditation followed by quiet time and an optional discussion. Total time commitment 45 minutes/ hour. Awesome for beginners or those with a regular meditation practice. No need to be intimidated, just come. This morning meditation group is ongoing and will meet each Tuesday at 9 a.m.

Come to feel firmly rooted in your body, heart, and mind. Experience the soothing sounds of the gong and achieve a deep state of relaxation, meditation, and healing. Wanda Knapik will play a 34” Feng Wind gong for an hour-long guided meditation, Tibetan chimes will help guide participants back to center at the end of the program. Bring a blanket or yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes, chairs are also available. Please RSVP here as space is limited.
