Relax and absorb the soothing sounds of the gongs, rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Focus on your breath and allow the gongs to release what no longer serves you. Jr. Heartworks November meeting will be Sunday, November 18, 7-8:30 pm Jr. Heartworks is the daughter group of Heartworks for high school teens that practice the mission to Be Grateful, Receive with Grace and Give with an Open Heart. We support each other in our journey of self-awareness and practicing gratitude in our own lives. Suggested Support: $10.00 per meeting (which goes to the families we are helping).

We will be discussing "Let Nothing Disturb You" by Teresa of Avila. Please join us for a glass of wine or a mug of tea, whether you've read the book or not! We always have meaningful and engaging discussions!
Find out more »Gingerbread Open House
Hosted by our Jr. Heartworkers, the Gingerbread Open House fundraiser has become an annual family tradition with all proceeds going towards sending kindness to kids living with illness. Kids are welcome to come to the Heartworks house and decorate pre-assembled gingerbread houses with icing and candy and we clean up the mess! Join us either Friday 5 - 8 p.m. or Saturday 12 - 3 p.m. or bring your kit home!
