Veterans Monthly Dinner
We love our Veterans and honor them as often as we can. Heartworks hosts a dinner for our local Veterans once a month. We are always looking for extra help for set up and clean up. Contact us if you are interested.

Relax and absorb the soothing sounds of the gongs, rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Focus on your breath and allow the gongs to release what no longer serves you. Jr. Heartworks is the daughter group of Heartworks for high school teens that practice the mission to Look Inward and Give Outward. We support each other in our journey of self-awareness and practicing gratitude in our own lives. Suggested Support: $10.00 per meeting (which goes to the families we are helping).
