Gong Meditation

Relax and absorb the soothing sounds of the gongs, rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Focus on your breath and allow the gongs to release what no longer serves you. Bring your yoga mat and blanket, lie down for an hour and wake up renewed. Instruments: Paiste Symphonic and Venus Planetary gongs, shruti box, chimes, our voices chanting OM
