Sometimes taking a prayerful walk in nature with other women is what we need to regain balance.

The Labyrinth is an ancient sacred symbol that can be used as a spiritual formation tool for prayer and meditation. Because it is unicursal, there is only one path to the center, this path is offered to us as a way to bring clarity to our circumstances and relationships.
